Privacy in the app#

On your phone#

What Kept Removed by
Your chats (messages, answers, photos and files' text you sent) On the phone only, in the app's storage, separately for each account signed in there ⋯ → Delete this chat, or Settings → Delete chat history on this device
Chat profiles (instructions) On the phone only Settings → Chat profiles, or deleting the history
Messages written offline, not yet sent On the phone, until sent Sending, or deleting the chat or the history
Your name, address and workspaces, to open offline On the phone Settings → Sign out
Your passkey On the phone, or in your password manager The phone's settings, after removing it in the app

Astralyx keeps no copy of your chats. A message goes from the phone through the console to the machine serving the model, as you, and the answer comes back the same way, as in the Playground. Dictation goes to your workspace's own speech-to-text model when it has one; otherwise to the browser's speech recognition, which is the browser maker's service. Reading aloud happens on the phone.

Your devices for notifications: the name you gave, the push service's address for each, when it was last notified To push your notifications to them the bin button under Settings → Notifications, signing out on that phone, or deleting your account
Which kinds you push, and your quiet hours Your choice Changing them, or deleting your account
Your passkeys' public keys, names and dates To check a confirmation is yours Settings → Passkeys, or deleting your account
I'm on it on incidents and alerts For your team to see I'm no longer on it; it goes after 30 days
Your decisions In the audit log, like any decision in the console The audit log's retention

Notifications are encrypted for your device: the push service that carries them cannot read them. All of the above is part of your data export and is deleted with your account.
